Our company will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulation concerning construction safety and comply with the workers compensation act of British Columbia accident prevention regulation and shall provide all necessary safety requirements as prescribed by the act for his work.
Full precaution will be taken with our contractors to prevent the overloading of any part of the structure, false work, form work or scaffolding during the progress of the work,and any damage resulting from such overloading shall be made good at the expense of the contractor.
Four Corner Roofing will assume all responsibility for any damage to existing private and public property and services, caused by construction operation. We shall repair or bear the expenses of any such repairing.
